Earth · Water · Air · Fire · 8 Weeks
An eight-week somatic journey through the four classical elements as a map for psychological and systemic transformation. Each element governs a phase — from grounding and stabilisation, through emotional fluency and cognitive clarity, into the transformative fire of authentic action.
The Arc draws on Seth Miller's elemental transformation thesis, Angeles Arrien's Fourfold Way, African Sangoma cosmology, and alchemical herbalism. It can be undertaken individually or in small groups of up to six.

A course working with dreaming as a somatic and systemic intelligence — not as symbol or metaphor, but as living process. Drawing on Arnold Mindell's Process Work, the course explores how the dreaming body communicates through sensation, symptom, movement, and relationship.
